Full-Time Assistant Category Manager | Premix

• Partner with the broader category team and contribute to the execution of the category strategy.
• Maximise the portfolio's commercial performance through a strong trade and customer plan.
• Build and manage supplier relationships end to end.
• Create customer-centric promotional strategies to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial performance by executing strategic category initiatives and effective promotional strategies.
• Develop and manage end-to-end promotional plans.
• Support store teams to ensure world-class promotional execution.
• Negotiate commercials with suppliers.
• Leverage data and insights to review performance.
• Plan and brief major category campaigns.
• Apply analytical and customer insight skills.

About You:

• Existing experience in Buying (3 + Years) as an Assistant Category Manager or similar.
• Proven experience in planning a strong, customer-focused promotional program.
• A track record in using customer insights and data to make strategic and commercial business decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-centric attitude and a passion for the liquor industry.
