Full-Time Assistant Manager - Accounts

We are seeking a talented Accountant to join our team in Beaconsfield.

Responsibilities:

• Complete management and statutory accounts, related services, and set budgets, understanding client business.
• Arrange timetable, book staff, and complete management accounts, statutory accounts, VAT returns.
• Prepare proposals for new work and develop opportunities.
• Assist with embedding new clients.
• Prepare fee notes and fee covering letters.
• Assist Managers with cash collection.
• Review monthly and quarterly management accounts, unaudited statutory accounts, and iXBRL tagged accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and other staff.

Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA).
• Significant experience in preparing year-end accounts, management accounts, statutory accounts, and VAT returns.
• Proven experience with entrepreneurial, OMB, and SME clients.
• Experience with business development and accounting standards.
• Ability to monitor costs against budget and project management skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
