We are seeking a visionary Associate Creative Director, Art, who is ready to do more than just make smart look pretty—you’re here to shape the big ideas that matter. In this role, you are a key leader, a mentor, and a hands-on artist.
You will work closely with the Creative Director to guide the team, push creative boundaries into compelling, uncharted territories, and craft visually stunning campaigns—from national broadcast to interactive digital—that align with our clients' brand visions and, most importantly, connect with people.
- Think and execute. Exceptional conceptual abilities and art direction talent within a multimedia landscape are a must.
- Make smart look pretty. Be curious. Must have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge — of the problem, the possible solutions and our target — in order to sculpt the big ideas that matter.
- Inspire. Not only must you know the trends and innovations in visual design; you need to set the stage for the next wave.
- Push the envelope. Leverage industry knowledge and creative abilities to push past the safe option into compelling, uncharted territories.

What are we looking for?
- 8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and all that it entails: disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions and competitive markets
- Must have AOR/broadcast experience, digital experience and be a highly conceptual thinker
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
- Knowledge and background in working with therapeutic clients
- Book of strategic and beautiful work
- Management and supervisory skill set
- Sense of humor
- Understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Suite, specifically Sketch and Adobe XD know-how
