Full-Time Associate Design & Project Manager

We are seeking talented and driven Design professionals in Mexico City for the role of Associate Design & Project Manager. Fluency in written and verbal English is essential.

As an Associate Design & Project Manager, you will collaborate globally with SlideHub staff and external resources to develop presentation designs for our clients.

A paid training program will equip you with the necessary skills.

Training Schedule: 08:00-16:00 MX

Responsibilities:

• Manage client projects from initial discussions to final delivery.
• Develop high-quality presentation designs.
• Manage internal and external freelancer networks.
• Participate in business development activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts, accommodating CET time.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience in graphic design (PowerPoint skills welcome, but not required).
• Valid work permit for Mexico.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, demanding client service environment.
• Ambitious, global team (Danish, Portuguese, Filipino, and Mexican).

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
• 18 paid days off + public holidays.

Shifts:

1. Primarily morning shifts, but possible evening shifts and weekend shifts (twice per month).
2. Winter Schedule:
   • Morning: 09:00-17:00 MX
   • Evening: 17:00-01:00 MX (seldom needed)
3. Summer Schedule:
   • Morning: 08:00-16:00 MX
   • Evening: 16:00-00:00 MX (seldom needed)

Salary:

Starting gross salary: 20,600 MXN per month. Promotions to Project Manager are common within one year.
