Blend360 is seeking an Associate Director, Integrated Solutions & Intelligent Applications to lead the delivery of GenAI solutions. This role involves overseeing AI project execution, managing data science teams, and building executive-level relationships.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams.
- Co-create transformation roadmaps with clients.
- Lead consultative workshops and discovery sessions.
- Deliver executive presentations.
- Collaborate with sales teams.
- Support proposal development.
- Provide technical oversight to delivery teams.
- Drive innovation through emerging AI technologies.
- Recruit and develop talent.
- Contribute to thought leadership.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years in technology consulting or enterprise software delivery.
- 5+ years managing technical teams.
- 3+ years in client-facing consulting.
- Deep understanding of modern AI.
- Experience deploying AI agents.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, data engineering, and data science.

Preferred Qualifications:
