Full-Time Associate Product Designer

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
• 0-1 years of relevant design experience (internships included).
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating design solutions that identify and address user needs, utilizing appropriate UI patterns.
• Familiar with design tools used to produce interactive prototypes, wireframes, and/or visual designs as well as clear, organized design specifications to Engineering.
• A growth mindset that focuses on continuous improvement and learning.
• A collaborative spirit that understands the value of teamwork and trust.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
