Full-Time Associate Product Manager

As a (Associate) Product Manager in our Broker space you will be mainly responsible for our Derivatives product and managing tradability across our product offerings.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Define, prioritize, and deliver the roadmap for our derivatives trading features, managing trade-offs to maximize user value and business impact.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Partnerships teams to build, launch, and iterate on impactful product initiatives.
• Establish strong relationships with external partners, including derivatives issuers and financial data providers.
• Translate user research, quantitative data analysis, and customer feedback into a cohesive product vision, user stories, and intuitive user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Practical product management experience
• Love for problem solving and hand-on mentality with strong empathy for customers
• Great understanding of product management practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong academic background with a degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field

Bonus Points: Experience with financial derivatives and a strong understanding of financial markets
