As an Associate Product Manager at Solace, you'll be responsible for working with our Product Managers to help build our product for the healthcare experience of the future.
About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you'll execute product initiatives to improve customer perception, experience, and retention. You are a self-starter interested in a wide range of in-house initiatives.
Support product management and QA across Solace’s products. This individual contributor role is for ambitious, curious individuals who don’t shy away from feedback.

What You’ll Do
- Bring innovative product ideas to life
- Be autonomous and take full ownership
- Rapidly produce and launch concepts
- Serve as a liaison with cross-functional and creative partners
- Define initiative-level roadmaps for supporting workstreams to ensure work delivers on goals and deadlines
- Provide up-to-date visibility into projects and ensure stakeholders are involved
- Document decisions and action items and follow up with owners
- Learn and uphold the Solace brand and user expectations
What You Bring to the Table
- Bias toward action and execution
- Comfort with ambiguity and controlled chaos
- Unfettered creativity
- Intuition for creating delightful consumer experiences to acquire and retain customers
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments
- 1+ years of relevant experience in consumer startups
