Full-Time Associate Product Marketing Manager

• Partner with the Lifecycle Marketing Lead to deploy customer marketing campaigns inclusive of creative development, vendor relations, and marketing automation operations.
• Drive the day-to-day intake and manage the campaign calendar across projects on behalf of the Customer Marketing team.
• Manage shared resources to execute campaigns through a highly collaborative, cross-functional process from conception to launch.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a marketing organization, consulting or digital agency driving customer relationship marketing (CRM) and/or customer communications.
• Experience in overseeing customer marketing programs including creative, messaging, campaign execution and operations.
• Experience in developing and applying customer segmentation and analytics towards driving lifecycle marketing.

• Experience with consumer centric telecommunications and/or software subscription service businesses.
• Experience in content marketing via digital channels such as email, in-app, website and social media.
• Hands-on experience in using Google Analytics and in depth knowledge of cloud based marketing & CRM automation tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo).
• Experience with email marketing tools, setting up email journeys, building audiences, monitoring automated programs and a basic knowledge of HTML.
