Full-Time Associate Revenue Onboarding Specialist - Remote

• Due Diligence & Documentation: Collect and organize Know Your Business (KYB) documentation. Review submissions for accuracy. Use AI-powered tools to streamline analysis and identify gaps.
• Onboarding Package Assembly: Compile onboarding packages for internal and external review. Coordinate with teams to gather documentation. Submit documentation to partners. Track progress against OKRs.
• Compliance & Partner Coordination: Ensure submissions meet regulatory requirements. Support the development of AI-enhanced checklists. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and partners.
• Documentation & System Support: Maintain accurate records in onboarding and CRM platforms. Organize digital files. Contribute to improvements in onboarding workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in onboarding, underwriting support, or document management in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Familiarity with KYB, AML, PCI DSS, Nacha, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Experience supporting audit-ready workflows and working with external partners.
• Exposure to AI tools used in business operations is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with workflow and onboarding tools.
• Curiosity and adaptability when working with AI-enabled systems.
