Scoping
- Coordinate with all stakeholders on bidding processes.
- Organize and document supplier meetings, site inspections, pre-bid conferences, and other bid-related activities for all involved stakeholders.
- Review bidding documents to ensure alignment with PBSP policy and provide updates on bidding status.
Planning
- Monitor project timelines in the procurement plan and provide regular status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Summarize the procurement plan for vendor sourcing efforts and update progress on all projects within the plan.
- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to review the procurement plan’s status and address any necessary actions.
Administrative
- Support the Senior Estimating Manager in team management and operations.
- Maintain records of meetings for reference and audit purposes.
- Prepare reports as requested.
