Full-Time Bilingual Finance Manager

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis: Oversee financial planning for two subsidiaries, develop rolling forecasts, track actuals versus budget, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Drive business performance: Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and present recommendations that influence profitability, efficiency, and investment decisions.
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance: Prepare consolidated reporting packages, ensure adherence to GAAP and IFRS, and validate compliance with Constellation Software policies and LATAM tax requirements.
• Optimize processes and controls: Assess and improve reporting, reconciliation, and control processes.
• Partner with local teams: Collaborate with accountants and finance managers in Chile, Colombia, and other LATAM locations to ensure accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and policy alignment.
• Support growth initiatives: Provide financial guidance on acquisitions, system implementations, and operational improvement projects.
• Monitor cash flow and intercompany transactions: Forecast cash needs, optimize working capital, and ensure timely transfers to headquarters while tracking key performance metrics.
• Present findings: Prepare executive-ready presentations and analyses, translating financial data into actionable insights.

You bring:

• The expertise: Experienced accountant with full-cycle financial accounting knowledge, ideally gained within SaaS or other complex, multi-entity organizations. Strong expertise in GAAP and IFRS, and have the ability to navigate LATAM regulatory, tax, and business environments.
• The technical skills: A track record of improving processes, developing policies, and implementing reporting and control frameworks. Proficient in Excel, comfortable with PowerPoint and Word, and ideally have experience with Great Plains.
• The analytical mindset: Excel at interpreting complex financial data, identifying trends, assessing risks and opportunities, and presenting actionable recommendations.
• The ownership: A self-starter who thrives in a hands-on role.
• The strategic mindset: Align financial planning with business goals, support growth initiatives, and provide insights that shape cross-border operations and decision-making.
• The interpersonal skills: Communicate professionally and persuasively with senior leadership, business partners, and cross-functional teams. Fluent in English and Spanish.
