Job Overview:

The Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing the billing operations within the organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the billing process. This role involves developing and maintaining billing systems, building processes and procedures and as well as resolving all billing issues and managing a team if applicable.

Job Responsibilities:

? Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily billing operations, including workflows, turnaround times, and production levels.

? Team Leadership: Manage and train a team of billing specialists, ensuring high performance and professional development.

? Billing Accuracy: Ensure all billing is accurate and complete within established turnaround times.

? System Management: Develop and maintain billing systems, including M3P, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

? Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and monitor billing reports to ensure all billing is accounted for and paid according to customer contracts.

? Customer Interaction: Resolve billing disputes with customers professionally and effectively.

? Collaboration: Work closely with finance and other departments to understand variances and fluctuations in revenue received.

? Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

? Experience: 3+ years of billing or accounting experience, with specific experience in M3P.

? Leadership: 3+ years of people management experience.

? Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant systems.

? Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-Solving skills.

? Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

? Certification: Relevant certifications in billing and accounting
