Full-Time Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated Bookkeeper to support all bookkeeping aspects and ensure accurate, up-to-date records.

1. Record daily transactions and file documents.
2. Communicate with other departments for verification and supporting documentation.
3. Assist with month-end close and reporting (account reconciliations, journal entries).
4. Organize and maintain accounting records.
5. Prepare GST/PST filings.
6. Work independently and collaboratively on projects and tasks.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite
• 3+ years experience in North American companies (multi-currency/multi-entity experience preferred)
• Previous experience working in the North American time zone
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
