Full-Time Brand Designer

At Eppo, we're building the future of experimentation. We need a talented Brand Designer to implement and expand the Eppo brand, ensuring quality and consistency across customer touchpoints.

Your Responsibilities:

• Digital design: Create templates and assets for marketing channels (social media, emails, presentations, ads).
• Bespoke images for blog posts on Outperform.
• Print/Swag: Design event and internal collaterals (banners, socks, shirts, magic 8-balls, coffee cups).
• Web design: Create landing pages for product launches (Feature Flagging).
• Process improvement: Enhance design workflow for impact, tracking, and timely completion.
• Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product Designers to gather feedback and prioritize tasks.
• (Nice to have) Maintain and develop our Webflow site.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years experience as a Brand or Visual Designer, with in-house startup experience.
• Strong understanding of design deliverables and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful attitude for ambiguous challenges.
• Ability to articulate design decisions confidently while accepting feedback.
