Full-Time Brand Designer

Greenlight is a family fintech company helping parents raise financially smart kids. We serve millions of families. We are seeking a Brand Designer passionate about creative storytelling. The role involves close collaboration with the design team to develop and expand Greenlight's visual brand across marketing, advertising, and product touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visual assets for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop creative projects like marketing campaigns, product launches, website landing pages, emails, social media content, in-app content, company swag, and more.
• Use motion to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency and cohesion while exploring fresh visual expressions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, creative, and other teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of design experience.
• Dynamic portfolio showcasing diverse skills (layout, typography, color, form, motion, storytelling, brand systems).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of contemporary design aesthetics and emerging technologies.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of AfterEffects is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
