Position Summary: As a Brand Designer, you'll create visually compelling designs for various marketing platforms. This role is for passionate designers who excel at crafting presentations, marketing materials, social media graphics, and tradeshow assets. You'll elevate our visual storytelling, creating compelling content that resonates with our audience and effectively communicates our brand values. Your creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking will be essential to the success of our communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with design leadership to create marketing materials (brochures, one-pagers) using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design Engaging Presentations: Design visually stunning, impactful presentations using Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Figma.
- Create Social Media Templates: Design eye-catching social media templates using Canva and Figma that align with our brand identity.
- Design Event and Tradeshow Materials: Create engaging graphics for events, tradeshows, and promotional materials.
- Creative Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, contribute innovative ideas, and deliver designs that meet business objectives while enhancing our brand presence.
- Production Support: Liaise with external vendors and printers for successful project execution.
- Stay Current with Design Trends: Keep up-to-date with design trends and tools.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3-10 years of professional graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio showcasing digital and print materials.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
- Core Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working with internal stakeholders.
- Brand Consistency: Ability to ensure the quality and consistency of visual content.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Canva experience
- Web design/UX/UI knowledge
- Project management tools familiarity (Asana)
Salary: $81,260 - $137,332 + equity + benefits (dependent on zone)
