Full-Time Braze Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Braze Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead migration of email campaigns, workflows, and data from legacy platforms to Braze, ensuring a smooth transition.
2. Design, build, and optimize responsive, personalized email templates that align with brand guidelines.
3. Manage, launch, and optimize automated email campaigns through Braze.
4. Collaborate with data teams for proper data integration within Braze and analyze campaign performance.
5. Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to understand objectives, align strategies, and ensure seamless execution.
6. Provide detailed documentation and training materials.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Braze and migrating email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp).
• Strong experience in designing and creating dynamic, responsive email templates.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and email best practices.
• Knowledge of email marketing analytics, A/B testing, and optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with segmentation, automation, and personalized messaging.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
• Experience with API integrations, data syncing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Certification or training in Braze or email marketing platforms is a plus.
