Job Details
Primary Tasks: Data collection and merging of datasets from various Excel files or Google Sheets. Ensuring data integrity in MS Excel files (no errors).
More complex tasks:
Conducting business research on selected topics (e.g., economics, finance, marketing, social media, HR, psychology, law). Analyzing data for research findings and their impact on operations (e.g., marketing, sales, HR). Developing design concepts/prototypes for website/mobile apps using Adobe XD or marketing/social media posts/banners using Canva. Collaborating with employees from other departments (Finance, Graphics design, IT, Psychology, etc.). Clearly communicating problems/solutions to the Managing Director via Skype.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with a Business Administration, Marketing, or Entrepreneurial major.
- Minimum CGPA of 2.80.
- Proficient in Google Drive, Dropbox, and Skype.
- Experience with Adobe XD or Photoshop is a plus.
- Experience with Figma and/or Invision is a plus.
- Passion for lean operations.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Project management skills and proficiency with project management tools (Dropbox, AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Good attention to detail, analytical skills, and data organization.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Familiarity with foreign/international curricula is a plus.
