Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Chile to spearhead our expansion in the region. The ideal candidate will work closely with LG Chile and radiology professionals to introduce Trucell’s products and services to the local market. This role involves building relationships with radiology clinics, engaging with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, and turning Trucell into a recognized authority in radiology IT services in Chile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business growth strategy to expand Trucell’s presence in the Chilean radiology market.
- Collaborate with LG Chile and leverage Trucell’s partnership with LG Australia to promote and sell diagnostic monitors.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with radiology clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
- Work closely with the Chilean College of Radiology to build Trucell’s reputation as a trusted provider for radiology IT solutions.
- Travel to radiology clinics across Chile to meet with clients, present solutions, and close sales.
- Coordinate with Trucell Australia’s team to align services, products, and support for the Chilean market.
- Overcome language and time zone barriers to ensure smooth communication between Chilean customers and the Australian team.
- Collaborate with the locally employed IT Field Technician to provide hands-on support to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to continuously refine business strategies.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or IT sector.
- Strong understanding of radiology or healthcare technology is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English to effectively bridge communication between Chile and Australia.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently and manage local operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chile to meet with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Chile’s healthcare and radiology markets is an advantage.
