The OpportunityWe are seeking a high-performing Business Operations Associate to tackle complex problems, drive strategic initiatives, and support the growth of our financial platform. This high-visibility role is ideal for individuals transitioning from investment banking, management consulting, or private equity (2–4 years of experience) seeking a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across product, finance, and service delivery teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to drive decision-making and operational transparency.
- Conduct financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development for new initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Support M&A integration, pricing strategy, vendor negotiations, and business case planning.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Act as a versatile problem-solver, analyzing operational data, coordinating initiatives, and optimizing internal systems/workflows.
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or Business Operations at a high-growth SaaS/fintech company.
- Analytical and data-driven with strong Excel and financial modeling skills (SQL or Looker experience a plus).
- Clear communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills who can break down complex issues.
- Thrives in a startup environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience with SaaS business models, accounting/finance systems, or direct product/engineering team collaboration.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Looker, SQL, or Airtable.
- Experience in building process improvements or internal tools that enhance team efficiency or customer satisfaction.
