Brightspeed is looking for a Pricing & Offer Management Analyst to drive pricing and promotions strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage pricing and promotional strategies for Fiber and Value-Added Services.
- Evaluate competitive intelligence and market pricing trends.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Build business cases to quantify the financial impact of new pricing and promotions.
- Support the development of contract terms and internal pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Product, and Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or offer management.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel-based modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
