Full-Time Manager, Data Platform

Summary: The Manager, Data Platform is responsible for projects involving the central and cloud data repositories and supporting operational data processes for Privia Care Partners. This role partners with business stakeholders, product management, engineering and vendors to define data needs, triage issues and deliver solutions.

Primary duties:

• Serve as subject matter expert and product evangelist for payer data management, non-Athena EMR data, roster management and RPA.
• Provide relationship management and product support to physician practices and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on escalations, releases, roadmaps, use cases, requirements and testing.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, quarterly goals, project plans and detailed timelines; track projects to meet SLAs.
• Create and maintain user documentation and training materials; verify products meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years requirements analysis experience or 2+ years combined experience in requirements analysis, data engineering, analytics or technical writing.
• Strong technical skills with competency in SQL and database concepts; able to investigate technical issues (not a developer role).
• Understanding of typical healthcare data sources and HIPAA compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and use support/operational data to triage and document issues.

Compensation & benefits: Base salary $85,000 to $100,000 per year plus annual bonus target ~15% and restricted stock units; medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) and paid time off.

Remote requirement: Remote workers must have minimum 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
