Full-Time Process Excellence Delivery Analyst

• Process Mapping: Mapping current and target states of business processes.
• Improvement Opportunities: Identifying and documenting process gaps.
• Implementation Plans: Developing plans to drive efficiency through Lean practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging stakeholders and supporting training activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in Lean methodology tools (RCA, VoC, Gemba, VSM).
• Process Mapping and Optimization.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Knowledge of change management principles.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean Management.
• Background in financial services or insurance (preferred).
• Lean certification or equivalent.
