Full-Time Business Product Manager - Treasury

• Drive Treasury Technology Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of the internal Treasury product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate governance and communication across Finance, Program Management, and Digital Technology teams.
• Translate Strategy into Action: Convert business strategy into actionable product plans.
• Engage in the Development Lifecycle: Engage in all product development activities.
• Serve as Product SME: Maintain deep understanding of the business process across enterprise treasury operations.
• Enable Change and Adoption: Support launch activities, change management, and enablement activities.
• Advance Product Maturity and Innovation: Apply product principles and design thinking to automate workflows.
• Champion UI/UX Excellence: Proactively engage in wireframe design, screen development.
• Communicate with Clarity and Impact: Deliver multi-mode communications tailored to diverse audiences.
• Apply Agile Expertise and Strategic Thinking: Skillfully orchestrate technical delivery and implementation using Agile methodology.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• An experienced product manager adept at working cross-functionally.

• Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Treasury principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• AI native mindset and familiarity with machine learning technologies and their application in Treasury.
• Experience with enterprise treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba), and finance transformation programs highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience required.
