Full-Time Business Systems Analyst (Corp & Inv Banking)

We are building end-to-end software products and developing solutions for Corporate Lending, Corporate Cash Management, Trade Finance, Corporate Online Transactions, FOREX transactions, Brokerage & many more.

Currently, we are extending our product team for implementation of Treasury & Capital Markets Backoffice System.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with business line / product owner to clarify requirements.
• Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions and recommendations.
• Analyze the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment.
• Provide effort estimates for the analysis work.
• Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional user stories.
• Participate actively in software delivery according to Agile SCRUM methodology.
• Participate in the solution design, support development and testing.
• Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes.
• Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization.
• Provide functional and gap analysis in application acquisition (RFPs).
• Document specific requirements and participate in the evaluation process.
• Perform sanity testing.

5+ years experience in business & system analysis

Highly appreciated experience with processes related to Treasury and Capital Market products ( FX, MM, FX SWAP and other FX derivatives) and Foreign currency and local currency payments (SWIFT)

Understand basic bank accounting knowledge

Experience in an Agile and Waterfall environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence

Fluent in SQL and Database systems

Knowledge of REST APIs and previous experience in designing interfaces

Diagrams UML

Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies (Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, SQS)

Good communication & presentation skills

Have a structured, analytical thinking and come up with new innovative ideas

Have experience working on large projects as well as regular changes

English (spoken and written) at proficient level
