The Business Transformation Program Manager will lead and coordinate multiple technology-focused projects within RRD, emphasizing AI and emerging technologies.
This role involves defining, implementing, guiding projects to success, ensuring a clear, strategic path.
Key responsibilities include:

- Developing actionable plans to achieve goals.

Responsibilities:
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Partner with team members to ideate, explore solutions.
- Coordinate communication with IT, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service for alignment on project goals, responsibilities, risks, and progress.
- Idea Formulation, Proposal Development, and Business Case Contribution
- Transform ideas into structured proposals for review with business stakeholders, considering workflow, systems, and processes.
- Assist in creating business cases, perform data analysis, and contribute to budgeting efforts.
- Project Planning, Documentation, and Milestone management
- Define comprehensive project plans, create visual aids, and develop necessary documentation.
- Manage project tasks, achieve milestones and timelines, escalating issues as needed.
- Scope, Requirements, and Resource Validation
- Work with business and IT teams to document project scope, requirements, operational processes, and successful implementation.
- Validate scope, timelines, and resource estimates with stakeholders.
- Project Execution and Risk Management
- Oversee planning and delivery of technology stack across projects, systems, and platforms.
- Maintain resource tracking, status reporting, and issue communication to partners and executives.
- Identify potential project risks, develop contingency plans, and escalate issues.
- Engage with business owners to assess project risks, identify areas for proactive management.
- Transition and Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement a transition plan to move projects from integration to ongoing support.
- Metrics Maintenance and Improvement
- Track and evaluate project metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Problem-solving and Technical Knowledge Application
- Leverage experience to identify problems and apply solutions within project context.
- Utilize relevant technology or software knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably with enterprise business or IT experience
- Proven project management experience and successes
- Strong technical background with understanding of enterprise architecture and technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, understanding of business concepts, and tailoring communication to diverse groups
- Expertise in strategic technology leadership for diverse projects
Salary: $95,400 to $194,500 / year (may vary based on location).
