Full-Time Buyer Indirects- Regional Sourcing

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide procurement expertise to divisional sites.
• Ensure maximum cost value, risk management, and competitive advantage.
• Adhere to procurement processes and policies.
• Develop stakeholder relationships.
• Support the sourcing and negotiation of 3rd party indirect goods and services.
• Follow existing procurement strategies and approved suppliers.
• Support resolution of local issues and escalation to manager.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency in procurement systems.
• Identify consolidation opportunities.
• Liaise with procurement operations.
• Develop requirements and find opportunities.
• Generate savings for the Americas region.
• Participate in regional category strategy development.
• Contribute to standardization of procurement processes.
• Increase spend under management.
• Approve new supplier onboarding.
• Prepare and implement tenders.
• Define supplier panels.
• Conduct price negotiations.
• Perform analysis of alternatives.
• Prepare executive summaries and communications for stakeholders.
• Work with legal team on contracts.
• Engage suppliers on sustainability.
• Recognize continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Indirect Procurement, ideally in an international company.
• Experience in complex sourcing projects.
• Experience in a manufacturing company preferred.
• Experience in IT hardware and software negotiations a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized, prioritize well.
• Fluent in English.
• Conversational Spanish helpful.
• Self-motivated.
• Experienced with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable to changes.
• Strong experience in creating executive summaries.
