1. Energy Auditor
   • Skills: Ability to write a work plan so weatherization work is conducted safely, effectively, and efficiently.
   • Responsibilities: Interviews clients to obtain household energy usage data and performs initial home inspection.
   • Range of compensation: Up to $21 / Hour
2. Solar Electrical Technician
   • Skills: Assist with electrical wiring, system testing, and troubleshooting in solar installations.
   • Responsibilities: Support the installation of solar power systems under the supervision of experienced technicians.
   • Range of compensation: Up to $24 / Hour
3. Field Engineer
   • Skills: Ability to independently conduct site visits and perform energy audits, collect data, and perform engineering analysis and energy savings calculations to produce tangible deliverables.
   • Responsibilities: Perform various activities supporting the design of HVAC systems.
   • Range of compensation: Up to $85,000 / Year
