Full-Time Vice President, Economic Damages & Valuations (MAI)

• Hiring, development, and oversight of commercial real estate appraisal staff.
• Generating new client business.
• Commercial real property research, analysis, and valuation report preparation.
• Litigation support (up to 70%): family law, shareholder disputes, insurance claims.
• Team collaboration with other J.S. Held specialists.
• Managing document requests, building valuation models, conducting site visits, client interaction.
• Collaboration with financial forensic engagements.

• College degree.
• MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with finance and Operating Statement/Rent Roll analysis.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to research industry, economic, and benchmark data.
• Maintain J.S. Held brand quality.

• Familiarity with real estate valuation data resources.
