• Lead cost management across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and estimates.

• Oversee contractor and subcontractor pricing reviews.
• Collaborate with design teams and vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost management practices.
• Support cost risk analysis and scenario planning.

• Develop strategies for cost optimization and value engineering.
• Coordinate with scheduling teams to align cost forecasts.
• Track and report on cash flow forecasts.
• Review and validate invoices.
• Maintain accurate cost databases.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with financial systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in cost management within large-scale environments.
• Proven track record in construction consultancy is preferred.
• Strong background in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Expertise in procurement strategies and commercial management.
• RICS accreditation is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in industry-standard cost management tools and software.
