Full-Time Director of Construction

• Leadership, Coaching & Field Development: Serve as a coach, mentor, and force-multiplier for Construction Managers, Foremen, and field leaders. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline.
• Project Delivery Excellence: Work closely with the Director of Project Manager to ensure alignment between project planning and field execution. Facilitate strong communication loops between field teams and PMs.
• Field Operations Oversight: Oversee all construction field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. Conduct regular jobsite visits to support teams, monitor progress, and validate adherence to standards.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance Leadership: Model and enforce safety culture, ensuring teams operate with discipline and care. Drive best practices for QA/QC, code compliance, documentation, and inspection readiness.
• Operational Discipline & Performance Management: Use data, KPIs, and field metrics to monitor project health, productivity, schedule performance, and labor efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Estimating, Engineering, PMO, Procurement, and Preconstruction to ensure smooth project handoffs and coordinated execution.
• Client, Partner & Industry Relations: Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, general contractors, and key trade partners.
