Full-Time Senior Estimator - Data Center Construction

• Lead and support preconstruction budget development.
• Develop and refine detailed estimates for hyperscale data center projects.
• Present cost plans and estimates to stakeholders.
• Manage cost planning from concept through detailed design.
• Deliver updated cost plans at key design milestones.
• Drive value engineering exercises.
• Analyze design changes, new technologies, and construction methods.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Coordinate estimating efforts with internal teams and external consultants/vendors.
• Mentor junior estimating staff and promote best practices.
• Maintain historical cost data and contribute to benchmarking.
• Evaluate cost-effectiveness of alternative materials.
• Support training initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations.
• Deliver life cycle cost models.
• Participate in risk assessments and contingency planning.
• SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in estimating for large-scale construction projects.
• Expertise in preconstruction estimating, cost planning, and GMP development.
• Strong understanding of land development, site work, and large-scale building systems.
• Ability to analyze complex design documents.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
