The Channel Audit and Investigations Manager reports to the Director of Internal Audit and plays a key role in channel compliance audits and internal investigations.
Key Highlights:
- Lead channel audits performed by Internal Audit staff.
- Manage relationships with Big Four firm in Ireland/UK for audits.
- Identify high-risk areas for targeted audits using data analytics.
- Collaborate with Channel Compliance team to refine audit objectives and communication.
- Present audit findings to management, driving process improvements.
- Support internal investigations, ensuring confidentiality.
Channel Audit Management:
- Oversee channel compliance audits, ensuring alignment with policies and regulations.
- Prioritize high-risk areas using data analytics.
- Collaborate with Channel Compliance on audit objectives and communication.
- Document findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build relationships with Channel Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate audit findings and implement improvements with process owners/management.
- Liaise between Internal Audit, Legal, and external partners.
Investigations Support:
- Support Legal in internal investigations, gathering evidence and ensuring confidentiality.
- Ensure investigative activities adhere to company protocols and provide updates to leadership.
Process Improvement:
- Identify process improvements based on audit findings.
- Develop compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide training and communication on compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, or investigations (channel/forensic preferred).
- Technology industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (all levels).
- Familiarity with audit methodologies, risk management, and data-driven techniques.
- Familiarity with FCPA, UKBA, Export Control frameworks.
- High integrity and discretion.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE) preferred.
Location: Shannon or Dublin, Ireland (mostly remote)
