Full-Time Chief Accountant

Meet accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports

Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures

Conduct and report financial analysis of business performance to ensure company’s financial stability and assist in driving business strategy

Lead business strategy to deliver on Financial KPIs, working capital, and full ownership of P&L

Responsible and lead the end-to-end timely and accurate financial reporting process from record compilation, month-end close reconciliation, result analytics, internal and external reporting

Ensure all financial transactions are systemically and regularly recorded, accounted for and reconciled vs. budgets

Conduct research and identify analysis and recommendation / solutions to business problems

Improve systems, work procedures and initiate corrective actions

Manage relationships with stakeholders, auditors as well as guide other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues

Other ad-hoc/assignments.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Excellent in English Communication in both written and verbal

Effective Communication

At least 7 years of experience in Auditing/Accounting
