Full-Time Chief Marketing Officer

Red Sky is a #StartupStudio with +18 years of experience developing IT tech & products. We cooperate with the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder fund through a unique business model that combines the skills of a startup studio and a venture capital fund. We operate using the #VentureBuilding formula.

Cooperation Model: This unique venture building model ensures a pivotal role in building a startup from the ground up, driving success in the AI assistant. You will create the product and company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategic vision for the company's growth.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and nurture strong relationships within the industry to foster collaboration and business opportunities.
• Oversee the development of products, ensuring they meet target audience needs and drive user engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay updated on AI trends and apply this knowledge to drive the company's growth.
• Leverage a deep understanding of cloud services to enhance product offerings.

• Proven track record of leadership in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of AI and cloud services.
• Strong sales background and talent for identifying business opportunities.
