About the Role

As our Chief Product Officer, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Qover’s innovative low-code insurance orchestration platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform while balancing immediate customer needs with long-term product evolution.

You will lead a talented product team, fostering a high-performance culture while implementing frameworks and processes that elevate efficiency and collaboration.

The role requires close alignment with technology, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure Qover’s platform remains scalable, user-centric, and at the forefront of the insurance industry.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop & Drive Product Vision

    • Define a compelling product vision and roadmap, balancing short-term commercial objectives with long-term strategic goals.
    • Align product strategy with market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives to ensure Qover’s platform stays ahead in a competitive market.
  2. Lead Product Teams

    • Manage, mentor, and grow a diverse team of Product Owners, Product Managers, and UX/UI Designers.
    • Build an efficient organizational structure, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative, no-blame culture where innovation thrives, and experimentation is encouraged.
  3. Platform Development & Scalability

    • Enhance Qover’s low-code insurance orchestration platform, focusing on scalability, adaptability, and user experience.
    • Prioritize platform features and vertical products to meet the diverse needs of fintech, mobility, and e-commerce clients.
    • Collaborate closely with the CTO to align product and technical strategies, ensuring seamless delivery.
  4. Customer Engagement & Market Insight

    • Partner with enterprise clients to understand their unique requirements and incorporate feedback into the platform roadmap.
    • Actively support the commercial team in high-impact client engagements, ensuring the product narrative aligns with customer needs.
  5. Implement Best Practices & Metrics

    • Create and implement frameworks that streamline product development and delivery.
    • Use data-driven metrics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and guide decision-making.
  6. Strategic Innovation & Leadership

    • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep Qover’s solutions at the cutting edge of insurtech.
    • Contribute to the broader leadership team, driving cross-functional alignment and organizational growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • You already have experience as a CPO in scaling a business
  • You are truly motivated to join a tech scale-up journey
  • You have a proven Expertise: 15+ years in senior product leadership roles, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS or platform environments.
  • You are a Strategic Visionary, with experience developing and scaling API-first, multi-product platforms for global, regulated markets.
  • You are a Data-driven innovator, adept at using metrics, customer feedback, and market insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • You are an Inspirational Leader with a strong track record of managing and mentoring high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
  • You are also Execution Focused: Exceptional ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • You are a real team player: Skilled at engaging with C-suite peers, engineers, commercial teams, and external customers to align objectives.
