Job Details
Executes solution implementation: Includes any task necessary for project deliverables. Examples: Training/mentoring, software configuration, content creation (CAD Standards, Civil 3D Styles Development), documentation preparation.
Assesses client processes: Analyzes current processes, recommends solutions, and implements them to meet client needs. Documents client goals and procedures.
Communicates effectively: Communicates with internal team and clients for project success.
Produces deliverables on time and budget: Produces documents like procedure guides, best practices, agendas, and follow-up memos.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in civil/infrastructure environment, Bachelor's or Associate degree in civil/infrastructure or relevant experience. PE is desirable.
Expertise in: Infrastructure workflows (civil engineering, survey); road design, site design, plan production, survey, GIS; water resources engineering, drainage, gravity/pressure systems, hydrology, hydraulics design & analysis.
Software Proficiency: Autodesk Civil 3D, Infrastructure Design Suite, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map 3D, Infraworks. Highly Desirable: Autodesk Storm & Sanitary Analysis (SSA), Autodesk water industry programs (Innovyze), InfoDrainage, InfoWorks, InfoWater. Experience implementing BIM for infrastructure or 3D design solutions. Bentley MicroStation, ESRI ArcGIS, Autodesk ReCap Pro, NavisWorks, Vault, Inventor, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Knowledge of: Workflows in civil engineering and survey, Infrastructure design processes
Travel Required: US and occasional Canada travel.
Security Clearance: Government contract eligibility may require a background check.
Candidate Characteristics: Desire to implement new technology, strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; initiative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, high energy, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure. Technical sales experience is a plus.
Understanding of industry practices: All aspects of design and construction.
Additional Requirements: Ability to manage multiple priorities, multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize requests.
Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 (base salary + bonus).
