Role Description
Mercor is seeking Civil and Environmental Engineering professionals for an AI training project. You'll apply your expertise to develop AI models that can reason through complex engineering problems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert annotations and feedback to shape AI technologies.
- Refine data workflows and guide AI task development.
- Ensure engineering knowledge is represented with precision.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and research abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical literature and engineering standards.
- Passion for innovation and AI development.
Requirements:
- Use tools to label and evaluate AI-generated outputs.
- Collaborate to improve annotation workflows.
- Support the development of new AI tasks.
