Full-Time Civil Structure Engineer

You'll be a key part of our delivery team, contributing to the design and analysis of complex structures, developing your technical and project management skills.

• Deliver high-quality engineering solutions and support project delivery across major UK and international assignments
• Work on the design, analysis, and checking of structures across sectors (bridges, tunnels, retaining walls, marine works)
• Undertake calculations, use design software, and apply international design codes and standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, and clients
• Contribute to managing time, budgets, and project resources efficiently
• Adopt standardization and peer review of technical work for design excellence
• Make positive contributions to health and safety

We want someone who combines technical ability with curiosity, creativity, and a team-first mindset.

• Ideally, you'll bring a degree in civil or structural engineering (postgrad welcome)
• Proactive approach to become a Chartered Engineer (ICE, IStructE)
• Experience designing complex structures (foundations, bridges, marine structures, etc.) using steel, concrete, or composite materials
• Good understanding of structural analysis, construction methods, and advanced numerical modeling
• Familiarity with Eurocodes and international design standards
• Proficiency in finite element analysis software (e.g., LUSAS, Midas)
• Collaborative approach with excellent communication and writing skills
