We’re seeking a dedicated Claims Manager - French Speaker (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team at SIXT in Lisbon.
- You investigate and process damage claims efficiently.
- You collaborate with internal teams, insurance companies, authorities, and damage experts.
- You provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients in English.
- You make informed decisions, contributing to a seamless claims management process.
- You handle a variety of cases, keep your work dynamic and enhance quality standards.
- Experience: Background in claims management or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in French.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal entities.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French (Mandatory).
- Soft Skills: Adaptable, proactive, and focused on delivering positive outcomes.
