- Experience: You have a background in claims management or customer service, with a passion for client interaction
- Communication: You excel in written and verbal communication in French and approach problems with clarity and confidence
- Negotiation: You bring strong negotiation skills and maintain a solution-oriented, professional attitude under pressure
