Full-Time Client Success Architect

Blackpoint Cyber is a leading cybersecurity company focused on threat hunting, detection, and remediation. They offer innovative solutions to MSPs, SIs, VARs, and enterprise clients.

Opportunity: We are seeking a highly adaptable and technical Client Success Architect to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance partner health by driving adoption of Blackpoint products and services.
• Provide technical engagement and training to partners.
• Collaborate with GTM and Product teams on strategic engagements.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Develop strategic documentation and process flows.
• Stay current on Blackpoint products and services.
• Assist in crafting monthly partner reviews to assess value delivery and customer health.
• Track activity with KPIs on ChurnZero.
• Follow documented processes for enhanced partner and client experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years customer-facing technical experience.
• Strong technical proficiency with product suites and platforms.
• Knowledge of Zendesk, ChurnZero, and HubSpot (or similar).
• Proven ability to drive customer value and engagement.
• Customer-facing skills and ability to navigate challenges.
• Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a curious mindset.
• Experience working with clients in the security landscape.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
