Full-Time Commercial Finance Business Partner - EMEA

• Own daily revenue reporting and weekly roll-up of global revenue submissions.
• Coordinate month-end revenue reporting for MBR.
• Conduct monthly P&L review of commercial OPEX.
• Drive improved understanding of our complex global order book.
• Evaluate commercial sales incentive structures.
• Deliver financial MI (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually).
• Collaborate with the commercial leadership team to offer valuable analysis and insights.
• Consolidate, manage, and deliver annual Budgets, Quarterly Forecasting, and rolling monthly forecast compilation.

• Advanced Excel Skills are essential.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting commercial functions in a complex international manufacturing environment.
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Experience with Tableau (Creator license i.e., Desktop) preferred but not required.

• Highly motivated self-starter with a hands-on approach.
• Outstanding problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain solid relationships internally and externally.
• Strong desire to progress their career and support the development of others.
