Full-Time Communication Associate

We are looking for a creative and culturally attuned Communication Associate to support our brand’s growth and engagement across digital platforms in Egypt. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement, combined with a strong understanding of the local audience.

As the Communication Associate, you will:

• Create design assets that align with our visual identity and maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to reflect ongoing growth and clarity
• Design marketing materials including social media creatives, digital ads, banners, emails, and presentations
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to ensure visuals support campaign objectives
• Provide lightweight visual support to product design teams, including illustrations and layout assets
• Design materials for internal communications, events, and branded merchandise when required
• Interpret briefs from multiple stakeholders and manage time effectively across concurrent projects
• Work closely with fellow designers, content creators, and growth leads to deliver high-quality creative work on time

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a graphic or visual design role
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print
• Ability to manage feedback and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus
