Full-Time Compliance Assessment Consultant

We are seeking Compliance Assessment Support professionals to join our Digital Investigation & Discovery group.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement workflows to solve complex compliance-related challenges.
2. Manage implementation of compliance platforms (Global Relay, Telemessage, CellTrust, LeapXpert).
3. Execute tasks involving identification, organization, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic communications data.
4. Prepare summaries, data visualizations, written analyses, and presentations for senior leadership.
5. Support team in regulatory compliance matters.
6. Oversee information preparation for regulatory proceedings.
7. Implement quality control measures throughout compliance process.
8. Stay updated with compliance software, tools, and emerging technologies.
9. Manage time and tasks efficiently, meeting client deadlines.
10. Participate in internal and external meetings, providing insights.
11. Generate thorough documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
12. Engage with clients, establishing project goals, and reviewing costs.
13. Lead efforts for high-quality client work product across project teams.
14. Support document review lifecycle, utilizing technologies to identify responsive documents and offering consulting services.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services (IT, compliance, preferably manager or senior analyst level).
• Specific experience with compliance platforms (Global Relay, Telemessage, CellTrust, LeapXpert).
• Experience implementing such tools within financial services IT infrastructure.
• Broad technical acumen (IT policies, email archiving, MDM).
• Excellent project management skills, handling multiple tasks.
• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Strong work ethic, eagerness for development, and motivation to succeed.
• Ability to interact confidently with senior team members and clients.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate new technologies and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant InfoSec qualifications or experience.
• Experience addressing FINRA or SEC regulatory requests.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Comfortable working remotely and/or in a hybrid environment.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours.
