Position OverviewAt Third Bridge, we serve some of the largest private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, and management consulting firms, with a team of over 1400 employees in ten global offices. We seek a Compliance Manager in Mumbai to join our growing Compliance team across six offices. We need a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at finding innovative, timely solutions. The Compliance Manager will lead a team of Compliance Associates in Mumbai, reporting to the AVP, Compliance in New York. They will collaborate with management and stakeholders to support, evaluate, and enhance current compliance approval mechanisms. This individual must be a self-starter with strong commercial acumen, playing a key role in optimizing compliance workflows, mitigating risk, and contributing directly to Third Bridge's success.

Responsibilities
- Manage team training and best practice documents
- Ensure Third Bridge's compliance with applicable laws, internal procedures, and client-specific processes
- Manage workflows and escalations for timely, accurate reviews
- Monitor and report data on key performance metrics and compliance health
- Identify gaps and implement improvements to team processes
- Drive industry-leading compliance performance and optimize efficiency
- Liaise with stakeholders to promote best practices and understand business needs
Working HoursMonday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST, with one day per month in the Mumbai office (9 AM to 6 PM IST).
Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent)
- 7+ years of experience in risk/compliance at a financial services company
- Experience managing a team is required
