Position OverviewAt Third Bridge, we service large private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, and management consulting firms with a team of over 1400 employees across ten global offices. We are seeking a Compliance Manager in Mumbai to join our growing Compliance team located across six offices. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at finding innovative and timely solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage team training and best practice documents.
- Ensure Third Bridge complies with applicable laws, internal compliance procedures, and pre-agreed client-specific processes.
- Manage workflows and escalations to ensure timely and accurate reviews.
- Monitor and deliver data related to key performance metrics and compliance health.
- Identify gaps and implement improvements to team processes.
- Drive industry-leading compliance performance and optimize efficiency.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to promote best practices and understand business needs.

Working HoursMonday to Friday - 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST, with one day a month in our Mumbai office (9 AM to 6 PM IST). The successful candidate must have permission to work in the country of application.

Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent)
- 7+ years of experience ideally in risk/compliance at a financial services company
- Experience managing a team is required
