Role Overview: Core part of compliance operational team at onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform KYC, CDD & EDD on new corporate and individual customers.
- Assess risks presented against risk appetite.
- Report to the onboarding manager.
- Review clients' applications.
- Conduct CDD and KYC on new clients.
- Perform sanction/PEP screening and investigate potential hits.
- Provide good client experience.
- Undertake assigned compliance projects.
- Proactively escalate urgent cases.
- Exhibit good business acumen, analyzing risks.
- Utilize data and evidence for risk assessment.
- Maintain excellent written communication skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and problem-solve.
- Be a team player, eager to learn, share knowledge and contribute to accurate outcomes.
- Take ownership of client applications from start to finish.
