KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead targeted secondary & primary research (desk research, data analysis, interviews).
- Synthesize research insights to develop client recommendations.
- Independently manage work streams, meet deadlines, and assist junior team members.
- Develop high-quality client communications & deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Communicate verbally & in writing clearly and concisely.
- Contribute to firm capabilities & infrastructure.
- Support development of a high-performance culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of life sciences consulting experience, working on multiple projects and handling associate/analyst-level responsibilities.
- Undergraduate degree with professional consulting experience, or advanced degree from a top-tier institution (business, economics, life sciences, engineering) with a strong academic record.
- Strong passion for and understanding of pharma/biotech dynamics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
